Do we need clocking hardware on site?
No. Workers use the Orca app on their own phone. The site geofence confirms they are on site.
What happens if a worker forgets to check out?
Each site has working hours. If a visit is still open at the end of the day, the site rules close it, and a supervisor can correct it if needed.
Does it work where signal is poor?
Yes. A check-in made without signal is stored on the phone and sent as soon as it reconnects.
How does attendance reach payroll?
Attendance builds the timesheet. Once the timesheet is approved, the same hours are used for pay and for the client invoice.
