ORCA

Are the hours right before anyone is paid?

Timesheets that fill themselves and get approved in one place.

Orca builds each week from attendance, so the timesheet is already there when the week ends. The client reviews it site by site, queries anything that looks wrong, and approves. Approved hours then drive both the payroll and the invoice.

01

Nothing to chase

Timesheets are built from check-ins, not collected from workers.

02

Approved by the client

Clients approve their own sites in the client portal, with every query answered in context.

03

One set of hours

Pay and billing use the same approved hours, so they always agree.

How it works

Timesheets and approvals, step by step.

  1. 01

    Built from attendance

Each day on site lands on the worker’s timesheet.

  2. 02

    Reviewed by site

The client sees each site’s workers by day, with absences and remarks.

  3. 03

    Query or approve

Anything wrong is queried; the right person corrects it and resubmits.

  4. 04

    Locked for pay

Approved timesheets are locked and passed to payroll and billing.

Questions

Timesheets and approvals: common questions.

Can clients approve timesheets themselves?

Yes. Clients approve in the client portal, site by site, and can query any line before approving.

What if a timesheet is wrong after approval?

It can be reopened with a reason. The change is recorded and the corrected hours flow through to pay and billing.

Do workers have to fill in timesheets?

Not when they check in on site: attendance builds the timesheet for them. Office staff can also enter time on their behalf.
