ORCA

Who should we hire, and are they ready to start?

Recruitment and onboarding in one flow, from advert to first shift.

Orca keeps the candidate and the worker in one record. The details collected while recruiting carry straight into onboarding and the first assignment, so nobody types them twice and nobody starts before they are ready.

01

Roles filled faster

Adverts, applications and shortlists in one place, with every candidate tracked against the role.

02

Ready on day one

Identity, right to work, bank and tax details and contracts completed before the first shift.

03

No retyping

A hired candidate becomes a worker with everything they already gave you.

Questions

Recruitment and onboarding: common questions.

Can candidates apply from their phone?

Yes. Candidates apply and register on the web or in the Orca app, and can save their progress and return later.

What do new starters need to complete before working?

You set the rules. Typically identity and right to work, contact details, tax and bank details, and acceptance of their terms and policies.

Does a candidate have to re-register once hired?

No. The candidate record becomes the worker record at their first placement, with everything they already provided.
