Who is close to their 12-week qualifying period?
Agency Worker Regulations tracked automatically, week by week.
Orca counts each worker’s qualifying weeks in the same role with the same hirer, from the attendance it already holds. You see who is approaching the 12-week point in time to plan equal treatment, rather than finding out afterwards.

Questions
Agency Worker Regulations: common questions.
What is the 12-week rule?
Under the Agency Workers Regulations 2010, an agency worker who completes 12 weeks in the same role with the same hirer becomes entitled to the same basic pay and conditions as if they had been recruited directly.
Does Orca decide whether a break resets the count?
Orca shows the weeks worked and the gaps between them. How a particular break affects the count is a judgement for you and your advisers; see our AWR guide for the general rules.
